If your into Naruto for your portable gaming devices there's new videos for Naruto on DS on Kotaku. Just thought I let all the headband wearing folks know about this.

Argh, the Psp! I nearly got one with a special offer at my local game shop; exchange 8 games from any value to get your Psp priced at 129.99$! Too bad I came with my extremely old games (crappy Psone and pc games) one day after the special ended! Now, it's back at 199.99$! I can't possibly afford that!

Psss....PSP just dropped in price last week to $169. Apparently the system was selling so poorly that several retail stores (Gamestop/Ebgames/Walmart) said that if Sony didn't do something to make the system more attractive that these stores would no longer their system anymore. Pretty insane huh and meanwhile Nintendo is still selling out DS....it helps with Nintendo holding back so many system to create this demand.

Perhaps this may be the game for which I'll wipe the thick layers of dust off of my PSP... I'll read some more reviews on it before I actually consider even buying it.

Drowning_Wolf's listed location is "Canada, Québec," where the PSP sells for 199.99 Canadian dollars. (That's about US$173.86 at the current exchange rate.)

Psss... PSP just dropped in price last week... IN AMERICA! It's 199.99$ in Canada, I wonder if we got a price drop over here actually. An EbGames employee told me the new Canadian price was the 199.99$ (three days ago, it was), but as far as I remember FutureShop always add the core at that price.
Edit: Egan Loo was faster than me.

The Nintendo DS Lite had a price drop back in August. A price drop doesn't mean just because the system is selling badly, it could also mean that the system is cheaper to make. That's one reason why the 360 has yet to drop in price, even with the coming with the Elite.

I agree often times systems have price drops because it's just that time. DS lite's price drop was a great move when you can get the system at $130 meanwhile your competition has their system at $200 and most people were buying the more expensive bundle option. Concerning the 360 I bet that the system will drop around Xmas, the core will go a little bit just to make it so that the gap between a Wii and a core 360 isn't that much different. And seeing as how Sony decided to drop the 20GB system (aka the $500 one) and only has a $600 system on the market it will be interesting to see what's Sony move will be. My bet is that they drop the price but they also take out the emotions engine out of the new batch (meaning not completely backward compatible) and market that a very small price drop.....
