posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
Concert takes place this weekend, delayed viewings set for December

Odex announced on Friday that it will hold a delayed viewing of the Aqours 4th LoveLive! ~Sailing to the Sunshine~" concert of Love Live! Sunshine!!'s Aqours group in Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia.

The dates and locations for the delayed viewings are as follows:

  • GV Plaza (Singapore) - December 14
  • Grand Indonesia (Jakarta, Indonesia) - December 22
  • SM Megamall (Manila, Philippines) - December 22
  • GSC Mid Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) - December 15

In addition, Taiwan and Hong Kong will have live viewings of both days of the concert, while Thailand will have a delayed viewing on December 8 and 9.

The concert will take place at the Tokyo Dome this Saturday and Sunday on November 17 and 18.

The previous concerts also had live viewings in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Odex livescreened the group's first major concert, which took place in February 2017 at the Yokohama Arena, and also held a delayed screening of the group's "Aqours 2nd Love Live! HAPPY PARTY TRAIN TOUR" September 2017 concert in Indonesia in October 2017. The company also held a delayed screening of the "HAKODATE UNIT CARNIVAL" concert in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia in May and June. Odex most recently held delayed screenings of the "Love Live! Sunshine!! Aqours 3rd LoveLive! Tour ~WONDERFUL STORIES~" in Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

The first Love Live! Sunshine!! anime premiered in July 2016. The anime's second season premiered in Japan in October 2017. The all-new Love Live! Sunshine!! The School Idol Movie Over the Rainbow film will open on January 4, 2019.

The Love Live! Sunshine!! project was first announced in February 2015. The project's three key phrases are "Reader Participation," "Inspired by μ's," and "Seaside Town Setting." Fans chose the group's name Aqours by popular vote.

In 2010, the anime studio Sunrise, Lantis, and ASCII Media Works' Dengeki G Magazine launched Love Live! as a self-described "ultimate user-participation project" that lets its fans vote on the future of the fictional idols. The project inspired the first television anime season in 2013, and a second season followed in 2014. The Love Live! The School Idol Movie anime film then premiered in June 2015.
