Hmm, i don't know why the news post said that it was announced today since the November issue of Shonen Jump (which came out at the end of September) had an article saying that Hikaru No Go would be in January's issue (which will come out at the end of November).
But anyways, i have heard quite a few good things about this manga, so i am looking forward to checking it out. At first i thougth it would be boring, but who knows, it could be pretty good.

Most people have known about Hikaru no Go for a long time, and I can't wait for it to come out. I've seen a few scans and the artwork looks really nice. The opening pages will be in color and that's always a treat.

My library said they've gotten approval for a Shonen Jump subscription. Unfortunately, it starts in JANUARY!! haha What bad timing.

I really hope they have the cover with a Hikaru no Go picture. We have way too many Yu-gi-oh and DBZ covers.

are you guys talking about the old hikaru no go tv show? or there is a new one coming out. i watched all the ep. for hikaru no go, but unfortunately they ended at ep 75. i didn't expected that it would end so quickly. hope they will release the second season for hikaru no go.

Also, the anime was done.
75 episodes is all she wrote. The manga story ended soon after the anime. It has to do with the theme of go, how, spoiler[it is the eternal game whose hand of god cannot be found in our life time or a thousand, yet the quest goes on.] |
