It's not just on JP you can level to 120 anymore. They brought it in recently in North America too.

Mine favorite among common is Gil Caster. Otherwise I like Muramasa, Arjuna Alter and Morgan of course.

Most of these I knew or expected. The only ones that were surprising somewhat was Robin Hood (until I remembered his poison gimmick) and Corday. Arash was obvious (gotta max power that Stella). "The Gong" was/is such a big meme I don't really know anything about, but that fact alone made it obvious to me he'd be on this list. Ushi had a really big, emotional, part in the Babylonia chapter of the game (which was the chapter voted on by fans to get a movie) so she was something of a given. Kiyo is popular for her Yandere moe persona. She might make the most cameos in events too, so while I'm sort of surprised she made it to No.1, I'm not hugely surprised. Then you have all the F/SN servants that aren't 4 or 5 star.

Hmm, I ended up grailing Kojiro (level 100) and Alexander (level 116), so I'm glad they had one of my grailed low rarity servants at least...
