Hopefully this turns out better for him than working for Konami did. I still can't forget how Konami did Kojima so dirty.

I'm sure it will, as he's his own boss.
So this makes 3 projects that Kojima is signed on for. 1. Death Stranding Director's Cut. 2. Unannounced title they confirmed work on. 3. Microsoft Project. Since like Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut, DS is likely a quick PS5 update/expansion that will probably be out later this year, I'm eager to see what Kojima's new title is. The Microsoft one is just an intent to make a game, but if the rumors are true then it's likely a smaller episodic side-project that can be done alongside their main larger game, and fits in well with Gamepass's subscription strategy. |
