That's a tremendously adorable key visual. Aside from that, I have no idea what the premise could be. Hope it's more cutsey-slice-of-life and less fan-service-with-child-characters. The title tickled me as it could be read as Bear Squared.

As someone whose read the first LN volume (hooray for licensing), it is cutesy-slice-of-life with a heaping helping of borderline parody level absurdity. It's like diabetes on crack is how fluffy, cute and just utterly absurd it is. being made into an anime will probably only crank up the hilarity by seeing everything in motion.

As for plot, it's very much a slice of life as protag-chan works to have a comfortable life... while repeatedly breaking the world's common sense and sanity along the way. All wrapped in a cutesy bear theme.
