Basically, I'm looking for something like Justwatch.com, but for anime. You type in a show or movie, it tells you where you can stream it officially (or rent/buy it digitally). JustWatch itself does list some anime, but doesn't focus on anime at all and thus misses a lot. It doesn't include CrunchyRoll, Funimation, or other anime-specific services in its results.
Anime-Planet lists some streaming options but is weighted towards CrunchyRoll and Hulu because of its partnerships with them. It might tell you if a show is one one of those services, but not if it's on Netflix or Amazon Prime.
ANN's encyclopedia seems to try to do this but also seems pretty incomplete.
That seems to be the closest one and seems specifically built for that purpose. I guess it just isn't on the same level as JustWatch. It'd be best if the latter just added the anime streaming services to its search engine.
