The rapey thing is so important to you that it makes you wander?
Maybe you should stop obsessing about it.

I don't understand what's your problem.
It is interesting to see how they will implement it in the end.

So going by the article the current manga will end in the next few chapters with it covering up to volume 3 of the light novel.

And this new 3rd manga series will be a new artist/author that will re-launch and continue with volume 4 onward.

Hope the artwork is up to par if not better.

I think it's going to be more like the Re:Zero manga adaptations, were different people adapt different chunks/arcs of the main story. That's the impression I got from the article at least.

They were making a joke about the typo you made: wander not wonder, as in the question is so important it makes you walk about aimlessly.

That kinda sucks, I don't know how good is the new artist is going to be but, current artist is just 10/10. Great panneling, God tier art, and newest chapter has really great stylized art.

a man who is ranked Gold (third highest) in his local guild in subduing goblins.

minor error but goblin slayer is silver ranked, gold is actually the 2nd highest rank

Also why are they making a new manga? why not just continue off the preexisting one?
Did they(or are going to) fire the current artist?

Thats what I was wondering too. Having read the light novels myself the manga is indeed concluding vol 3 but why not continue it as is? Why the need to announce a new manga adaptation? I can only assume

Two possible reasons:

1] as with western comics the longer a series runs the lower the sales as only the dedicated will buy volume 234 but not domeone new to the series. A reboot supplies a jumping on point for new readers [and also keeps the series in the spotlight]

2] Is simpler - with an anime adaptation on the horizon im guessing this will tie in for fans of the anime - and help execs squeeze some money out of them ["You've seen the anime now you can continue the story with this manga!"].

That's my curious interest as well. That's important defining that manga/anime is a departure from the kid-friendly stuff to hardcore scary reality base horror aspects to fantasy.

The new manga is about volume 4, which is a collection of self contained stories that chronologically happen before volume 3. Adapting this in the main manga is suicide as it would drag the thing for too long and people would drop it, this way main manga can go straight to volume 5.
