Okay This could be 3 things in my view
1. A new Anime (getting towards the end of the manga might as well start preparing one for 2017?) 2.Another animated Gintama movie to follow the live action one, maybe this one will be base after the final arc? 3. A spin off manga series |

Please no..Depending how the movie goes, and whether they want the gintama live action cast o do more it does seem possible it might be a live action show

"Off topic" With the live action case, people need to know that so far Hollywood has 6 released adaptations:
-Crying Freeman, which is decent -Two Guyver Movies, one of them with Luke Skywalker but it is bad, but the second somehow is better -Fist of the North Star, obviously bad -Dragon Ball Evolution -Speed Racer, either you appreciate the efforts in CGI and Racing Scenes, or you don´t watch it because obvious reason -Kite -Edge of Tomorrow, based on the light novel All you Need is Kill, the best product so far But people are still saying that Americans must not touch something as if there are like 50 released products. I just think that we overreact over things Definetely Japan has more (and more succesful stories) but is the same: the overreaction and aversion to everything of this kind |

The surprising announcement is that the bleach anime will return lol.
But in all seriousness it's probably the gintama anime coming back for its last glorious ride. Or st least that's the best possible news imo |

The dub already got announced, but honestly Gintama is the last show you want to watch in dub. |

No doubt this is for the anime.
I've never read the manga, so bitter sweet about it ending. Gintama is one of my favorite animes ever and Gintoki might be my favorite shonen lead too. He also has a great harem too. The females in Gintama are great characters. |

You will lose interest to watch it in dub because this anime heavily rely on Japanese tsukkomi jokes + pun and too much Japanese reference even subbed version you barely can understand much. |

I hope the news is that Sorachi-sama has changed his mind and the manga ISN'T in its final arc after all.
