5. Kagura, Gintama (4.5%) WTF, and she's higher than Sakura? |

What's even wrong with Ochako?!
From all the girls listed, the one that always annoyed me was Sakura from Naruto. She was the kind of tsundere I can't stand. This list makes me sad and rather angry

I feel like half of this was the most well known heroines and half was the most hated. Medaka and kaoru being on their was understandable but ochako and tsurara. Seriously?

I love Chitoge, but I can see where she might rub people the wrong way, but Kagura? Seriously? What gives people?!

I saw this list over on OneManga Forums the other day. I don't really understand what Uraraka did to be so hated, this coming from someone who has read every chapter of the manga currently released in Japan. She's one of my favorite females in the series next to Asui Tsuyu. I don't see why anyone would find her annoying, but maybe people hate on her for spoiler[her mixed feelings about Midoriya, which seems to be either love or admiration. Other than that, she's a generally positive and upbeat character who aspires to give her parents the good life they deserve by making money from being a pro hero. She also put up a good fight against Bakugou at the sports festival. ] The one time I watched the Death Note anime, I found Misa to be incredibly annoying, and having Aya Hirano's voice on her amplified that annoyance, not that I hate her voice on other characters just to clear things up.

Ochako's pretty boring, I can see that, but I wouldn't go so far as saying she'd make me angry.
Medaka is an odd one for me: I totally understand getting angry at her character but I'm also kind of endeared by her absolute self-confidence and the way the story ultimately takes her. |

I might be misunderstanding how it works, but to me the percentages seem so low as to be negligible, even for the top ranked girls.

It seems to be due to the writing forcing characters who have a development quality that isn't following the tastes of the target audience.
Just based on the first season of the anime, that is the conclusion I came for her where Tsuyu is easily a more intriguing personality that probably deserves more attention (then again maybe there simply is a monster girl trend running about lately considering all the releases). That said, it is unclear why these set of characters are receiving this form of "popularity", be it due to misaimed character set up for the heroine or that said lead female lead is "supposed" to be taken in a negative light by the audience. |

I agree Ochako was too forced, too preordained to be believable.
Seriously Sakura is the go to for uselessness. Kishimoto ruined one of the star characters if you watch or read Naruto from beginning to end, after the time skip when she got the strength power up I had hope to see her do something, but alas...it was back to the sidelines with her in the worst way possible. |
