Bagpipes man... they just sneak up on you somehow. If the title didn't specify that this happened in Portland, I would've guessed that it was in Scotland. I'm not really acquainted with the architectural vernacular of either, but at a quick and shallow glance, that building in the background looks sort of Scottishy.
Not pictured: The scotch-drinking Bulbasaur in a less dignified position, yet also somehow ending with fire..

Well I have to admit playing flaming bagpipes while balancing on a Pokéball in a charmander costume certainly does take some real talent.
