It's probably another OVA original skit not covered in the source material. The first one was also original but believable considering Koro-Sensei's character traits.

you wrong actully. takeyabasi time and the outher arc is in the source metirial. so it not original

We're talking about the side-stories here, since the next one is entitled "Extra-curriculur time" and doesn't match any of the chapter titles at source.

I certainly don't remember Koro-Sensei and his house in any of the main chapters, if it did air in print it was almost certainly a special bundled with the tankoubon volumes.
