If you notice in the right shoulder of Kirito there is a hand. This pic of the cover maybe is not the complete cover. The complete cover must have Eugeo in the right side of Kirito.

That blue sleeve is definitely Eugeo's attire. I'm guessing they wanted Kirito to be the only guy on front with his harem.

He never spoke with Yuuki though. AFAIK the only time he met her was when spoiler[Asuna was cradling her as she was dying.]

He fought with (and lost to her) twice.

The first time is how he realized that she'd spent more time in a VRMMO than him.

He also fought her before Asuna found out about her. Asked her a very important question, in fact.

Assuming that's the entire front cover, he's obviously on the back cover given that's pretty clearly his arm is on Kirito's shoulder.

In yesterday's SAO game Christmas special NicoLive event, the back cover was revealed to contain Eugeo and the remaining characters/designs selected to be in the top 10 of votes.
