Pretty much all of them have had the wrong episode numbers submitted, and I submitted error reports long ago for all of the wrong ones. The correct episode numbers for each are:

- Voice (OP 1): 1-48
- Shuffle (OP 2 ): 49-80
- Wild Drive (OP 3): 81-131
- Warriors (OP 4): 132-189
- Overlap (OP 5): 190-224

- Genki no Shower (ED 1): 1-48
- Ano Hi no Gogo (ED 2): 49-80
- Rakuen (ED 3): 81-131
- Afureru Kanjou ga Tomaranai (ED 4): 132-189
- Eye's (ED 5): 190-224

Basically, changes in OP and ED all occurred at the same time. I've also corrected the slight inconsistencies (made by error) in my own error reports.

Please clean that page up, it's a huge mess.
