Both are valid.

In Japanese the topic marker of "wa" is spelled with the hiragana for "ha". Don't ask me why. Though I'm guessing that there's a historical reason for that.

If you really want to know.

The review more or less summarizes my feelings on Haganai. It comes close to being interesting but I just can't quite get hooked by it.

once you get to the bikini episode it all starts to make sense

if it was up to me, the show would be centered around kobato and there would be at least one universe reference per episode. for the fan service episode, I would go with yukimitsu in a full on french maid outfit - especially focusing on details with the stockings.

I expected such an etymlogical law.

In any case, I flipped through this manga while at Barnes and Noble the other day. Didn't seem to offensive but I've been hankering for some comedy, so maybe I'll check it out. The art's good at least.

Haganai is just another one of those shows. As for Nihon Shiki Romanization, it can burn it hell.
