I liked this series and was sad when it just stopped. At least in light novel form, the series didn't end, it stopped. My guess is that it wasn't making money and the publisher closed it out. I am assuming that the epilogue stories never made it over here. Cause I don't remember any closure in the final light novel. If I remember right, it was an interesting world build, where people lived in the dungeon and dungeon levels where almost worlds unto themselves.
Now that I know the epilogue stories exist, going to have to look online to see if there isn't any fan translations of them. But I think they were intended to reward the fans of the series, when it stopped being published. I am only sad and disappointed that the series is unfinished, there is still a lot of story to tell. The good news is we are getting a manga. Who'd ever think an unfinished light novel series would get a manga. Hopefully, this will give incentive for the author and a publisher, to give this series another light novel go. |

The premise is absurd, but then again a lot of light novels can be wacky. It'll be fun to enjoy this in manga form.
