What i'm most curious about is how they'll fill the 60 minutes quota, since there won't be any H-scenes? Won't it be boring? Oh well, at least i'll get to see Vanilla in all full motion glory.

Judging from the PV, this OVA looks absolutely adorable. I'm looking forward to it!

I'm sure they'll find a way.

Seems easy enough. They can focus a bit on the flashback portion. Just spend some time when they find them and some noteworthy points before the MC even left to start his business. Might even use it to animate the start of the story of them setting up the shop. Toss in a few miscellaneous days with the other cats visiting on occasion and they'll have 60 minutes covered.
Really it's just animating about 3 episodes. Sure the H-scenes are noteworthy in the source, but it isn't like they can't tell a story without them.

No, there's only an option for subtitles in different languages.

A studio hasn't been confirmed yet to the public about animation production yet, has it? From the trailer, I'm gonna guess it's......
SILVER LINK.

So much cuteness in in a 1min 30sec preview not sure my heart can take an hour. I foresee a limited edition purchase in the future.

According to the Kickstarter page, FelixFilm (a new animation studio) animated the PV, so we can assume they will do animation production for the OVA.

The h-scenes were about 10 minutes long. The first episode of the VN alone, if you don't skip any of the talking dialogue, takes about 3 hours.
While the game doesn't have an overarching plot (so far), it's a slice-of-life. Most people seem to be under the impression that all eroge is literally just 100% porn. Some of them definitely, but not most.

This series really has come a long way, may not be a full 12 episoder, but we get an animation nonetheless.

It has already passed Little Witch Academia 2 kickstarter in terms of funding, and even with the current slow pace it's well on it's way to kick Under The Dog from the pole position as the most funded animation there, once you take into account the final rush of the last few days of the campaign.
It will definitely reach the $800,000 stretch-goal and most likely the aforementioned position, though the last stretch-goal set at 1 million is more doubtful. Not bad for a pair of nekos ...
Edit; Thew campaign concluded with $963,376, earning the title of most funded animation on kickstarter while barely missing the last stretch goal.
