I was sorta wonder, this has been bugging me a lot lately, does anyone know when the actual series for Kiddy Grade 2 will start to be released? So far all I seen information on is the pilot and the movies. Please don't tell me the movies are the sequel Anime dazed

I much rather have the 26 episode series.. Thanks for any info anyone has! Smile

When the promo was released it was generally assumed that KG2 would air this October especially since the Asread (the studio who did the promo and will produced KG2 ) production Gigantic Formula finished that month.

Of course like Macross Frontier and Code Geass 2 October was never confirmed but just hoped for and all 3 titles and now coming out sometime in 2008 (Maybe 09 for Macross....)

So to be sum up, it's coming next year.

No-one knows anything for certain. asread has no connection with Gigantic Formula, however that series had Gotoh-tachi tied up until recently. The movies (which are a recap of the original series) finished showing in September, although the last DVD is yet to be released (volume 2 arrived yesterday as it happens, having been held up by local postal strikes).
The signals all pointed to an October release, especially since both the original Kiddy Grade and Utakata were released in October but it was apparently not to be. I'm just hoping this doesn't mean we have to wait till next October...
