Episode 5
Izumiko was so jelly of her roommate putting her hand on her bully crush.
Well the episode was good for seeing that smug guy lose it as he was scared of his bound spirits turning on him, and he got smacked a bunch.

Episode 3
Wamiya was acting very weird.
Almost like he was possessed by something.
Izumiko is like a magnet for bad things.
The way things are now, she'd be better off staying at the temple.
That girl is so powerful and she doesn't have a clue.
Nice episode with a beautiful dance in the end.

I've seen three episodes.
I'm torn. I feel like I should like this show a lot more than I do. It's gorgeous to look at and listen to, I like the story, I like the character concepts, and I like the mystical atmosphere. But something's just not gelling for me, and I'm not sure what it is.
I think it might be a problem with the pacing. It feels like they're focusing too much on scenes that don't matter and skimming over or completely skipping scenes that do. As a result, I feel like I have no grasp on who the characters are. It was when Hime-gami showed up that I started getting lost. Izumiko and Miyuki were suddenly completely different people and I couldn't understand why. Why did Izumiko suddenly gain confidence? It doesn't feel like she earned it, you know? Meanwhile, I have no idea how to feel about Miyuki. He was an ass before and I didn't really like him, but I felt like I at least understood him. He had presumably been abused by his father throughout his life, and now said father was forcing him to adhere to a fate he neither understood nor wanted. I could understand why he had such a chip on his shoulder. But now that that's been fixed (apparently), I've got no grasp on who he is. He's a bit nicer now, I guess, but why? Who is this kid? I've known him for three episodes and all of a sudden I have no idea!
I like the Shinto Harry Potter school thing, so I'll keep watching for at least a couple more episodes, but it's frustrating watching something that feels like it should be great but, for some reason, just isn't. Maybe it just means they're adapting good books poorly, or maybe the books are the problem. No idea.

Through 3 so far, and it is making the cut so far in a very crowded season. Enough intrigue and mysticism to keep me interested. I care about what is going on.
Does not seem like the typical Funimation type show at all so far.
Maybe trying new stuff?

Episode 6 (wait, we are that far in?)
If anything made the episode, it would have to be Izumiko being drunk off fruit punch, in the middle of night somehow becoming ethereal and seeing the ghost triplet. Almost flirting between the two.
And so there is so much politics, it looks like Mayura was actually looking for some power from the student council as she intends to be serious in winning some fight in the school. She still thinks that Miyuki is the one in charge of the partnership with Izumiko, but her father seemed to catch on that something is not right. She is close with some facts (or theories) but it does not seem she realises exactly what Izumiko might play, she thinks that she already has her as an ally. Blind to what is right in front of her.

Episode 4 here.
Izumiko really had problems without those glasses.
Looks like they weren't just for show.
That exchange student really gave her quite a scare.
Looks like Takayanagi is the new bad guy.
The whole school is somehow off and full of weird people.
Izumiko's new roommate seems nice though ^^

Episode 03.
You know, I think the only thought Miyuki had in his head while Izumiko danced was
"DURRRRR SHE PURTY."
At least that's how his face read.
*hurries to download 04*

Ep 4
I enjoyed the conversation about the number one student. It pretty much went:
*me thinking he looks like Wamiya*
Sagara: He looks like Wamiya, doesn't he?
Suzuhara: Yes.
Sagara: I've checked, he's human. Anyone that looks like that is bad news.
I lol'd at them not only intentionally making him look evil, but calling themselves out on it.

I was amused at that as well. And there is totally a creepy look to Wamiya. I didn't like him the second he appeared and it's the same with this guy.
04 was quite enjoyable. The brother and sister are cute.
(um....not in that way)
I like that they can annoy each other yet still have a healthy relationship where they clearly care for each other like family.

I think the twiplets (best way to sum up their complicated sibling situation) care for each other like family because they are family.

"Twiplets".....
Sounds like a little kid trying to say "triplets" but the kid can't pronounce Rs.
Cute though.

Episode 7
Get exercised, pretend it was a prank.
Had to put down horse, bring it back as a ghost.
And I am not entirely sure what the deal with the ending was, either ghost sibling is being done in, or he is getting company.

Where are you guys seeing an episode ahead? I am watching on funimation's web site, and they just released Episode 5.
I have to say this story is a swirl of conflicts and motives that are hard to track. Not only do you have the humans with all their disparate clans, but you have these spirits and deities showing up with centuries-old agendas. I totally didn't get that esoteric conversation between Himegami and that kabuki actor dude. Could someone explain it?
Still, this one has my attention. Izumiko is developing quite nicely.

Niconico's running it two or three episodes ahead.
As for your question... not me! It comes across as very, very, silly, which was disappointing, because I really enjoyed the beginning.
