Crows Burning Edge Game's Character Video Shows Bouya in Action

posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
Game is slated for winter release on PS4/PS Vita

The official website for Bandai Namco Entertainment's upcoming Crows Burning Edge action game began streaming a character promotional video for the Bouya Harumichi character on Friday. The video previews the character in action, and also previews Bouya's theme song "Killing Me" by SiM.

The site also revealed the artists and titles for the other characters' theme songs. Ryūshin Kunō's theme song is "What's My Name" by MIYAVI. Tatsuya Bitō's theme song is "Cold Edge" by 9mm Parabellum Bullet. Asamu Furukawa/Blue's theme song is "super stomper" by 10-FEET.

Crows Burning Edge is based on Hiroshi Takahashi's Crows fighting manga. The action adventure game will allow players to pick between different characters with different moves. The game is slated for release this winter for the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation Vita.

The original Crows manga ran for 26 volumes, and Digital Manga Publishing partially published its sequel manga Worst in English. Crows also inspired a two-episode video anime adaptation, 1994's Kōkō Butō Den Crows. Tokyo Shock released the Crows Zero live-action film on Blu-ray Disc in North America in 2012 after the film had been previously released in North America on DVD in 2009, and the video label MVM released both Crows Zero and Crows Zero II in the United Kingdom.

The third live-action Crows film, Crows Explode, opened in Japan in April 2014.
