Bandai Namco Reveals Saint Seiya: Soldiers' Soul Game for PS4, PS3, PC

Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed on Saturday that it is developing the Saint Seiya: Soldiers' Soul game for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. Additionally, the company will release the game on PC via Steam. Bandai Namco Entertainment plans to release the game this fall.
The comany revealed the the game via a video announcement after Bandai Channel's online broadcast of the first episode of the Saint Seiya: Soul of Gold television anime series.
The video confirmed that Aiolia, Seiya, Shun, Shiryū, Hyōga, and Ikki will appear in the game. Additionally, the video shows Aiolia's God Cloth, which made an appearance in the Saint Seiya: Soul of Gold anime.
Crunchyroll is streaming the Saint Seiya: Soul of Gold television anime series in various countries outside of Japan. Anime Consortium Japan is also streaming the series in 220 countries and regions outside of Japan on the Daisuki website. Bandai Channel is streaming the series in Japan.
Namco Bandai Games worked with Dimps to develop the previous Saint Seiya game, Saint Seiya: Brave Soldiers. The company released the PlayStation 3 game in Japan in October 2013, then released the game in North America, Europe, Australasia, and South America in November 2013.
Masami Kurumada's original mythological fantasy manga ran in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from 1985 to 1990, and it has more than 34 million copies in print worldwide. The manga quickly inspired a 1986 television anime series that was popular not only in Japan, but also in France, Italy, other parts of Europe, Brazil, other parts of South and Central America, and Asia. The anime aired in more than 80 countries.
