Famima Releases Hatsune Miku-Branded Keyboard

Special limited edition Hatsune Miku keyboard for sale at Famimart convenience stores.

Famima, an upscale Japanese convenience store chain that sells everything from snacks to drinks to electronics, has announced the sale of their limited edition Hatsune Miku Electric Keyboard by KORG.

Equipped with a total of 30 sound patches, 22Wx2 dual speakers, an upright stand, foot pedal, and MIDI port, this keyboard is set in Miku's signature shades of purple and teal.

The keyboard is available for pre-order on Famima's online store, where you can see more details on the instrument's specifications. Altogether, the keyboard will cost a total of 69,800 yen after tax (around 683 USD) and is scheduled for sale from May 26 to May 30.

The keyboard was originally offered (albeit with a slightly different panel design) as a prize during this year's "Miku LOVES Famima" campaign, which gave out various Miku and Vocaloid related products, alongside special deals on Famima's stock. The campaign ended on March 24, but you can still see what was being offered on the official campaign site.
