Madoka Magica Fone App Adds Mami, Kyoko, and Sayaka

The Puella Magi Madoka Magica fone app now has Mami Tomoe, Kyoko Sakura, and Sayaka Miki versions, completing the five-girl lineup.
The Madoka Magica fones allow users to customize everything from the home screen to tool design, with different designs for the clock display and icons. In addition, the magical girls will greet users from the home screen. The Soul Gem, a key item from the original anime, makes an appearance on the loading screen as well, and depending on your actions, it will either sparkle or become cloudy.
The app also includes a fone-exclusive voice clip collection with the character's famous lines and new original voice clips. On the collection screen, there is a gallery of famous scenes to watch, and a magical girl database. Users can also unlock a "Witch mode" that changes the theme of the phone, and allows users to join the Magi to defeat witches in battle. To make math homework a little more fun, the app also allows users to "shoot at Kyubey with every calculation using the original calculator."
The app costs $12 for each version, and can be downloaded from the Google Play store.
For fans with iPhones, there's good news—although an exact launch date hasn't been announced yet, development for an iOS version of the Madoka Magica fones has been greenlit, with more information to be released on the official anifone website. For now, the estimated release date is "Spring 2014."
