The game maker CAPCOM announced on Tuesday that it is selling a variety of character goods to celebrate the live-action film inspired by the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (Gyakuten Saiban) game.

Items include a Taiho-kun plush mascot (pictured) available for 780 yen (about US$10.20), a super-deformed character sticker set for 450 yen (US$5.90), a Taiho-kun key cover for 525 yen (US$6.90), a Taiho-kun commuter pass case for 750 yen (US$9.80), toilet paper for 420 yen (US$5.50), a face towel for 1,260 yen (US$16.50), a set of two clear folders for 525 yen (US$6.90), a rubber keychain for 735 yen (US$9.60), a mechanical pencil for 750 yen (US$9.80), a Taiho-kun iPhone cover for 1,200 yen (US$15.70), a clear file case for 450 yen (US$5.90), and a metal charm collection for 2,520 yen (US$33).

The character goods are available at CAPCOM's e-CAPCOM online shop and at Nippon Television Network's NTV Web Shop. Some of the items may be purchased now, but all of the character goods will ship in February.

Takashi Miike's film adaptation of CAPCOM's videogame franchise takes place in a parallel Japan, where a large increase in harsh crimes has led to a new court system. Under this new system, the defense attorney and public prosecutor have three days to battle cases out in open court to determine guilt or innocence of the accused, placing priority on speed instead of thorough investigation.

The film will open in Japan on February 11.
