Experimental Anime Screenings in Bradford

Showings in National Media Musem on December 10 and 12.
The National Media Museum in Bradford will screen a programme of avant garde Japanese animation on December 10 and 12; it can be booked here.
The 90-minute programme (rated 15) consists of short experimental animated films made in Japan between 1994 and 2011. The programme is called Beyond Anime: The Outer Limits, and it was shown recently in London as part of the Zipangu Fest. The Bradford screenings are on Saturday December 10 at 4.50 p.m. and on Monday December 12 at 8.45 p.m. Tickets are between £5.50 and £7.50.
Bradford will also be showing the rare live-action Japanese horror film, The Ghost Cat and the Mysterious Shamisen, on December 10 and 11. Details are here.
