Orlando's Omni Fandom Expo to Host Animator Mamoru Yokota

The Omni Fandom Expo event announced on Thursday that it will host animator Mamoru Yokota. Yokota will draw a limited amount of art commissions at the event.
Yokota debuted as a character designer on Louie the Rune Soldier, and then drew original character designs for Magical Kanan, Bizarre Cage, and Angelium. He has also worked as an animator or animation supervisor on such anime as DNA², Death Note, Naruto Shippūden, Macross Frontier, Star Blazers 2199, and Gatchaman Crowds. In addition to his work as an animator, he served as producer on Air and Kanon. He also served as both director and animation director for the opening animation for the Blazblue: Continuum Shift II game.
The event will take place on March 15-17 at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center in Orlando.
