My Hero Academia Anime's New Visual Previews 'Pro Hero Provisional License Exam' Arc

posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins

The official Twitter account for the My Hero Academia anime revealed a new visual for the anime's third season on Saturday. The visual previews the "Pro Hero Provisional License Exam" arc from Kōhei Horikoshi's original manga. The third season's second half will start on July 14 (there will not be an episode on July 7).

The new season premiered on April 7. Funimation is streaming the English dub of the third season, and Crunchyroll and Hulu are streaming the series with English subtitles. The season will have 25 episodes.

Lenny code fiction will perform the new opening theme song "Make my story," and Masaki Suda will perform the new ending theme song "Long Hope Philia [TV Limited]." Suda's song is also being used as the theme song for the upcoming My Hero Academia: Two Heroes (My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: Futari no Hero) anime film. Both new theme songs will debut in the anime on July 14.

The third season features the same staff, including director Kenji Nagasaki at BONES, scriptwriter Yousuke Kuroda, character designer Yoshihiko Umakoshi (with assistance by Hitomi Odashima), and composer Yuki Hayashi. UVERworld is performing the show's current opening theme song "Odd Future," and miwa is performing the current ending theme song "Update."
