Elex Media Licenses Kami-sama wa Ikiru no ga Tsurai, Nyan Communication Manga

Indonesian publisher Elex Media Komputindo announced on Sunday that it has licensed Yū Toyota's Kami-sama wa Ikiru no ga Tsurai (The God's Life is Hard) and Kako Kizuki's Nyan Communication manga. It will release the first volumes of both manga on September 6.
Kami-sama wa Ikiru no ga Tsurai's story centers on Kagachi, the local patron god of Hōzuki shrine. Even in the world of gods, a class-based society exists, and Kagachi himself is an almost forgotten god in an abandoned shrine. He lives every day with the glass half empty, attempting various suicide methods. But one day, a girl named Haru Nonomiya stumbles into his shrine, and he falls in love.
Toyota launched the manga in Kadokawa's Sylph magazine in 2014, and ended it in 2015. Kadokawa published three compiled book volumes for the manga.
Nyan Communication tells various stories about "cat boyfriends," who come in all varieties. From older cat boyfriends that are reliable and can be counted on, to younger cat boyfriends that people can spoil.
Kizuki launched the manga in Shonengahosha's Neko Punch magazine in 2013. Shonengahosha published the manga's third compiled book volume in July 2016.
