Prince of Tennis Smartphone Rhythm Game Reveals Characters, Songs in Video

Game slated for release this year
The official website for Shin Tennis no Ōji-sama Rising Beat, the iOS and Android rhythm game based on Takeshi Konomi's The New Prince of Tennis (Shin Tennis no Ōji-sama) manga, began streaming a promotional video for the game on Friday. The video reveals the game's initial cast and songs.
The characters and their respective character songs include:
- Ryoma Echizen: "future"
- Kunimitsu Tezuka: "Dakishimete Shimaisou sa"
- Keigo Atobe: "Ore-sama no Bigi ni Yoi na"
- Seiichi Yukimura: "Yume no Tsuzuki II"
- Eishiro Kite: "Spider"
- Kuranosuke Shiraishi: "prayer"
- Hōō Byōdōin: "Pirates of the World"
- Ryoga Echizen: "Orange"
- Kazuya Tokugawa: "SURVIVAL DESTINY"
The game will reveal more characters and songs at a later date. The official website hints that songs will also include duet numbers.
The game is slated for release this year, and will be free to play with the option to purchase in-game items.
