Today We Celebrate Love, Until You Say the Word manga also licensed, slated for April

Indonesian publisher M&C! announced on Saturday that it has licensed Ira Ozaki's A Beautiful Girl's Secret (Kirei na Onee-san no Naisho no Hanashi), Keiko Nishi's Dad, Chibi is Gone (Otō-san, Chibi ga Inakunarimashita), Masami Hoshino's Today We Celebrate Love (Honjitsu wa Ohigara mo Yoroshiku), and Tata Muro's Until You Say the Word (Kimi to Oshaberi Dekiru Made).

The company will release A Beautiful Girl's Secret and Dad, Chibi is Gone on April 19, while Today We Celebrate Love and Until You Say the Word are slated for April 26.

A Beautiful Girl's Secret collects one-shot manga that Ozaki published in Shogakukan's Petit Comic magazine from 2013 to 2014. The title story centers on 24-year-old Aoko Harada, a fashionable woman who is constantly the target of proposals by guys, but rejects every one. She is rumored to be the wife of a politician or a company president, but her real secret is that she has no experience in relationships. She only dresses up sometimes for a little thrill. When the next guy to ask her out is a high school student, she flat out refuses, but he ends up finding out about her secret.

Shogakukan published the book in March 2014.

M&C! previously published Ozaki's The Moment After We Kissed (Kimi to Kiss Shite Sono Ato de), Let's Paint Our Happy End (Egaku nara Happy End), and Moon's Fever (Otsuki-sama no Binetsu) manga.

The Dad, Chibi is Gone manga is set in an isolated house in Tokyo. After all the kids left, the only people living in the house are an old couple: a blunt and unsociable husband, and a gossipy wife, with only their cat Chibi for company. The manga depicts the quiet life of the elderly couple.

Nishi launched the manga in the winter 2013 issue of Shogakukan's Zōkan Flowers magazine in November 2013, and ended it in July 2015. Shogakukan published the one compiled volume in September 2015.

Nishi ended her Katsu Curry no Hi manga in October 2015, and launched a new series titled Hatsukoi no Sekai (World of First Love) in Shogakukan's Monthly Flowers magazine in January 2016.

Nishi's Otoko no Isshō (A Man's Lifetime) manga received a live-action film adaptation that opened in February 2015.

Today We Celebrate Love centers on Nina, a girl who is planning her wedding with her fiance Yūta. Nina wants a simple wedding at home. However, Nina's father, who raised her as a single parent, wants to go all-out, and before Nina can say anything, he reserves a hotel, charters buses, invites relatives, books a gondola ride, and plans to break out the barrelled sake in place of the cake cutting. A battle between father and daughter for their ideal wedding begins.

Hoshino published the short manga in Shogakukan's Petit Comic Zōkan magazine in 2015. Shogakukan published the manga's one compiled book volume in January 2016.

Until You Say the Word collects four one-shot manga that Muro published in Shogakukan's Petit Comic magazine in 2015. The title story centers on Chikage, a shy girl who, on her daily morning commute, always passes by a general store where she sees a sleeping man embracing a cat. Every day, she tries to talking to the cat, thinking the man was asleep. But one day, the man wakes up and reveals he heard everything she had been saying.

The book also contains the one-shot manga "Alone Together" (Futari Bocchi), "Midsummer's Star" (Manatsu no Hoshi), and "The Reason Why She Gets Married" (Kanojo ga Kekkon Suru Riyū).

Shogakukan published the book in December 2015.
