posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
Theater Days game app debuts this year

The IDOLM@STER Million Live! smartphone game app began streaming a video on Sunday to commemorate the game's fourth anniversary. The video is accessible through the game. The video begins with a fictional superhero movie titled "Idol Heroes Rising" that the characters are performing, before introducing Mirai, Tsubasa, and Shizuka, and showing the rest of the characters preparing for a performance. The original 765Pro idols appear in the end. The superhero movie segment introduces a new song titled "Invincible Justice."

Bandai Namco Entertainment also announced a new smartphone game titled The IDOLM@STER Million Live! Theater Days, which will debut this year. Bandai Namco Entertainment is streaming a promotional video for the game.

In addition, The IDOLM@STER Million Live! Theater Days will have a new tie-up CD single series titled "The IDOLM@STER Million Live! The@ter Generation." The first single for the series, "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION THE@TER GENERATION 01 Brand New Theater!" is slated for release in summer. The single will contain the game's theme song "Brand New Theater!" as well as "Invincible Justice."

Namco Bandai Games released the original game for The IDOLM@STER Million Live! in February 2013 as a spinoff of The IDOLM@STER game series. The game features the 765 Pro characters of the original series, as well as 37 new characters. The game allows players to manage their own idol production company, and raise their idols' skills.

The game is inspiring a new manga titled The IDOLM@STER Million Live! Blooming Clover, which debuted in Kadokawa's Dengeki Maoh magazine on February 27. Kakuya Inayama draws the manga.
