The 500-year-old former vampire from Bakemonogatari takes a break from eating her beloved doughnuts and tries sitting on one instead.
From the Monogatari anime franchise, Shinobu Oshino is now presented in an upcoming new figure depicting her in a casual black and pink dress lounging on top of a doughnut cushion, her shoes tossed haphazardly off of her feet as she holds up her own little treat.
The figure will be sold at Kotobukiya stores in Akihabara and Osaka as well as in online shops and will come with a set of special interchangeable faces as a free present.
It is expected to arrive at stores some time in December and will sell for 7,800 yen (about US$62).
A plethora of Monogatari series products will also be made available at the Gift booth at the upcoming Comiket event in Tokyo.
Such products will include a doughnut-wielding Shinobu plush doll for 4,000 yen (about US$32), a "Doughnuts Lover" apparel set for 5,000 yen (about US$40), a Hitagi Senjōgahara plush doll for 3,000 yen (about US$23) and a set of Monogatari transparent keychains for 1,000 yen (US$8).
