Trafalgar Law Gets Gender-Swapped for Sexy P.O.P. Figure

Anime News Network's merchandise coverage sponsored by Tokyo Otaku Mode.

MegaHouse's Portrait of Pirates (P.O.P.) Limited Edition B.B. figure line has included sexy swimsuit versions of Nico Robin, Boa Hancock, and Nami. P.O.P. Limited Edition is just one of 13 collections in the P.O.P line. Previous collections included "Motion Ability Statue," "Edition-Z," "Neo MAXIMUM," "Sailing Again," and more. MegaHouse is now adding "I.R.O (Informal Request ONE PIECE)" to the series, a line that specifically focuses on gender-swapping characters.

The first reimagined character is Trafalgar Law. Like his original design, the female version keeps the trench coat but skips a shirt underneath and shows off her tribal heart tattoo. She gestures to the character's trademark hat while leaning on Kikoku with her other hand.

Reservations open on March 4 for 9,990 yen (US$88) and the 1/8-scale figure will ship in July. The figure will only be available through Premium Bandai, Megatrea Shop, Mekke!, the Toei Animation online store, and the One Piece store inside Tokyo Tower.

Trafalgar Law is the first in the IRO P.O.P. line. MegaHouse will release a female version of Monkey D. Luffy next. A prototype was shown at last month's Wonder Festival.
