Build-A-Pikachu Coming to N. America, Europe, Australia Next Year

Build-A-Bear Workshop and The Pokémon Company are teaming up to bring stuffed, dress-up Pikachu to fans in North America, Europe, Australia and online. Pikachu will be available in Build-A-Bear Workshop locations starting next year with clothing options like a Pokeball hoodie and a Charizard costume. A voice chip can also be added.

Customers that purchase a Pikachu will also get a free Pokémon Trading Card.

Build-A-Bear got its feet wet selling its own unique bears and similar stuffed animals, like cats and dogs, but has moved on to include licensed merchandise like Star Wars, Despicable Me, My Little Pony, Avengers, Frozen and Peanuts.
