Winter 2015's Top Anime According to Nico Nico Users

A poll has been conducted among Nico Nico Douga users of their favorite/most-anticipated anime of the winter 2015 season, and the results are interesting. The top three choices for best anime of the winter — Shirobako, Your Lie in April, and Parasyte -the maxim- — are all continuing series from October. That's kinda cheating, isn't it?

This poll's respondents were 88.4% men and 11.5% women. The age breakdown was 14.2% 10s, 36.7% 20s, 30.6% 30s, and 18.3% 40s and above.

Yona of the Dawn and (to a lesser extent) Garo: Honoo no Kokuin and Gundam: Reconguista in G were other anime that appeared on the "favorite" lists but were absent from the "most anticipated" list. Meanwhile, Sengoku Musou performed consistently poorly, ranking at the bottom of the first two lists and second-to-last on the final list. Shōnen Hollywood - Holly Stage for 50 also ranked low.
