Arc System Works Will Bring Voice Actors Kana Ueda, Kanako Kondou to Sakura Con

Japanese game developer Arc System Works announced it will bring voice actresses Kana Ueda and Kanako Kondou along with BlazBlue game director Toshimichi Mori to the Sakura-Con anime convention in Seattle in April. Ueda voices Rachel Alucard and Kondou voices Noel Vermillion in the BlazBlue video games and BlazBlue Alter Memory anime series.
Mori will hold a panel at the convention on Friday, April 3 and Ueno and Kondou will each hold a panel on April 4. The convention will host the "BlazBlue Experience" event on Saturday, April 4. The event includes BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma, Guilty Gear Xrd, and BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Extend grand finale tournaments sanctioned by Arc System Works and a musical performance by Kondou.
Kana Ueda has performed a multitude of roles including Rin Tohsaka in the Fate/stay night franchise, Yumi Fukuzawa in Maria Watches Over Us series, Hayate Yagami in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series, Mii Konori in A Certain Scientific Railgun, Yuzuki Fuwa in the currently airing Assassination Classroom television anime, and is signed on to star in both Gunslinger Stratos and Gangsta.
Kanako Kondou performed theme songs for BlazBlue: Continuum Shift and BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger. She also voiced Lala in Driland and Kanashi Hokke in Soreyuke! Gedou Otometai.
The Sakura-Con convention is also hosting the premiere of the English-dubbed version of Yuki Yuna Is a Hero and the English-subtitled version of Etotama.
Other Japanese guests that will appear at Sakura-Con include producers Tetsuya Kinoshita, Ryōsuke Tsuboi, Shinichiro Kashiwada, musical duo GARNiDELiA, animation director and character designer Hiromi Kato, director and animator Osamu Kobayashi, voice actresses Sumi Shimamoto and Haruka Terui, and voice actor Yoshitsugu Matsuoka. The convention will also host voice actors Vic Mignogna and Bryce Papenbrook.
