My Sister, My Writer Anime Episode 7 Delayed by 1 Week

posted on by Egan Loo

The official website and Twitter account for the My Sister, My Writer television anime announced on Tuesday that episode 7 has been pushed back by one week due to production delays. The various television channels will air a rebroadcast of episode 6 instead this week. AT-X, Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and the streaming services dAnime Store and AbemaTV will show episode 7 on November 28, and TV Aichi, TVQ, and BS11 will then show the episode in their timeslots for the anime next week.

The anime premiered on AT-X, Tokyo MX, Sun TV, and KBS Kyoto channels on October 10, and will have 10 episodes.

Hiroyuki Furukawa (My First Girlfriend is a Gal, My Wife is the Student Council President director and character designer, Hybrid x Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia director) is directing the series and adapting Gintarō's character designs for animation. NAZ and new studio Magia Doraglier are producing the series. Furukawa announced in September 2017 that he had established the new studio.

Seiji Ebisu's original "awkward sibling romantic comedy" light novel series centers around the younger sister Suzuka Nagami and the older brother Yū Nagami. Suzuka is a beautiful third-year middle school student who has excellent grades and is the student council president. She wrote a novel about a little sister who dotes on her older brother, and the novel wins a light novel award. After they discuss the matter, Yū is the one who debuts as a proxy light novel author instead of Suzuka, under the pen name Chikai Towano.
