BPO Publishes Complaint About Everyone Writing in Those Late-Night Anime Complaints

Japan's watchdog group Broadcasting Ethics and Program Improvement Organization's (BPO) publishes monthly complaints sent in by viewers. The complaints vary from content in news programs and live-action dramas to both children's and late night anime programming. Often times the objections cite concerns about how the content could affect young viewers, like when Yo-kai Watch featured a character with a suggestive kettle spout for his groin or when Master Roshi got handsy in Dragon Ball Super.
Other times the concerns cite shows that air very late at night, well past most children's bed times. Shows like Magical Girl Site, Scum's Wish, Mr. Osomatsu, Seven Mortal Sins, and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders have all been criticized by viewers on the BPO website.
Well, one viewer has had enough. BPO published a complaint about all the complaints in its August 2018 edition. The author cited too many complaints targeting late-night animation programs and that these programs are aired at these times so that children will not watch them in the first place. The complaint mentions that it's odd to cite "if a child might see it" as a reason to object to the program's content given the anime's time slot.
The author wrote that it is the responsibility of the parent if the child is not asleep at these late hours and not a matter relating to the program's content.
