Precure Anime Gets 15th Anniversary Exhibit in September

A 15th anniversary event for the Precure franchise will be held at Yokohama Landmark Tower in Yokohama, Kanagawa from September 22-30. The event will honor the franchise from its beginnings with the Futari wa Precure anime in 2004 to the upcoming Eiga Hugtto! Precure ♡ Futari wa Precure All Stars Memories film.

Displays will feature Futari wa Precure character designer Akira Inagami's original art for the anime, toy's from around the time of the original anime's broadcast, and design illustrations for Eiga Hugtto! Precure ♡ Futari wa Precure All Stars Memories. Futari wa Precure-inspired food and drinks will be available for purchase. Admission to the exhibit will be free, but guest will have to pay for admission to Landmark Tower's Sky Garden.

The "~Otona ni Natta Minna e~ Precure Girls' Night by Nagisa & Honoka" (Precure Girls' Night: For Everyone Who Became an Adult by Nagisa & Honoka) event will be held at Yokohama Landmark Tower on September 21 at 9:00 p.m. Characters Nagisa Misumi and Honoka Yukishiro, the main characters of the original anime, are key characters for the one-night event. The event will offer an advance look at the exhibit the night before it opens, and attendees will receive a mini clear file. In addition, Mizuki Yamamoto, head of publicity for the upcoming film, will have a talk event. Tickets that include admission to the talk event will cost 3,800 yen (about US$34), and regular tickets will cost 2,500 yen (about US$22).

The Eiga Hugtto! Precure ♡ Futari wa Precure All Stars Memories film will open in Japan on October 27.
