The Crunchyroll Anime Awards' nominees are selected by a panel of judges and then will be open for fan vote starting on January 22. The voting will occur in three rounds, one each week, for different groups of categories. The results will be live-streamed from the Montalban Theater in Hollywood on February 24, so even if you can't attend the event, you can watch the results. Tickets will be sold to attend the event soon.

Update: The previous version of the nominee list did not include Land of the Lustrous for Best Anime and included Made in Abyss' Nanachi for Best Girl instead of Chise Hatori from The Ancient Magus' Bride. The previous list was based on an embargoed spread sheet sent to ANN from Crunchyroll. ANN has updated the nominee list to reflect to the updated nominees sent to us from Crunchyroll after the initial article was published.
