2nd music video released

The voice actor rap battle wooed fans at the Animate Girls Festival at Ikebukuro Sunshine City earlier this month. Fans were ecstatic to see Ikebukuro Division Buster Bros, Yokohama Division Mad Trigger Crew, Shinjuku Division Matenrō, and Shibuya Division Fling Posse battle it out.

The video below shows Ikebukuro division, Shintarō Asanuma of the Yokohama division, Shō Hayami of the Shinjuku division, and Yusuke Shirai of the Shibuya division's performance from the festival. The performance wasn't "perfect," for example Kimura accidentally skips some lyrics but immediately follows up with "this is rap, it's freestyle!" to cheers from the crowd.

The rap idols are made up of four groups of three, each representing a major district in Tokyo. The groups are Ikebukuro Division Buster Bros (Subaru Kimura, Haruki Ishiya, Kōhei Amasaki), Yokohama Division Mad Trigger Crew (Shintarō Asanuma, Shin'ichirō Kamio, Wataru Komada), Shinjuku Division Matenrō (Shō Hayami, Ryūichi Kijima, Kent Itō), and Shibuya Division Fling Posse (Yusuke Shirai, Sōma Saitō, Yukihiro Nozuyama).

The first "Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-" is hosting a Twitter campaign to get fans to pick their favorite "killer phrase" from a questionnaire and are also planning a live stream event combining lyrics submitted by fans.

The "Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-" project also released its second new music video by Mad Trigger Crew. The track is titled "BAYSIDE MTC."

Mad Trigger Crew released the CD on November 15,

Each rapper has a corresponding character. You can meet them all in the new music video below.

Buster Bros released their first CD on October 25. It includes three music tracks, two drama tracks, and three karaoke tracks. Shinjuku's Matenrō will release their CD on December 6 followed by Shibuya's Fling Posse on December 27.
