FLCL 2&3 Reveals More Staff, Theatrical Format in Japan

The official Japanese website for the FLCL 2 and FLCL 3 sequel projects revealed on Monday that the two projects in Japan will be theatrical films. The first film will open in Japan in 2018.
The anime will still be show in the United States as two six-episode television series.
TOHO animation also began streaming a trailer for the projects on Monday. The trailer is slightly different from the trailer currently streaming on Toonami's Facebook page.
Additionally, the website reveals more staff. The staff will differ slightly for each sequel.
