Reservations Open for Oreimo's Life-Size Ayase Aragaki Figure

Figure-X's life-size model of Oreimo's Ayase Aragaki is now available for pre-order. A total of 20 figures will be available for enthusiastic collectors to the tune of 1,480,000 yen (US$13,265). The company will accept orders until April 28 and then ship the orders in January 2018. In the event of a large number of orders, Figure X will fill them on a first-come, first-serve basis based on identity confirmation and receipt of payment.

Ayase measures 162cm tall (approximately 5ft 4in) and is made of PLA (polylactide), a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester that is also biodegradable and made from renewable resources. She's not only cute, but she's also environmentally friendly.

Both the character and her pose were chosen via a popularity poll. Participation was so high that Figure X is also planning Kirino and Kuroneko life-size figures as well. Of course, the planning is all part of the larger 10th anniversary celebrating Tsukasa Fushimi's debut as a light novel author. Announcements included a vampire and zombie story published directly to his website, a crossover manga, a fighting game,and the anime adaptation of Eromanga-sensei. Fans are still patiently waiting for A Certain Magical Index season three.
