Build-A-Bear Workshop announced on Thursday that it is partnering with Sega to offer Sonic the Hedgehog plush. This year marks Sonic's 25th anniversary, and this is the first time Build-A-Bear has collaborated with Sega.

A limited-edition bundle available online for US$35 includes an exclusive Gold Ring and 4-inch by 6-inch print. The Sonic Team designed the print in Japan for Build-A-Bear. The online-exclusive bundle will launch on the company's United Kingdom website on December 8.

Build-A-Bear will also release a make-your-own Sonic, pre-stuffed 13-inch Tails (US$15), T-shirt (US$7) for stuffed animals, and Sonic background music sound chip (US$7) in stores in the United States and Canada on December 3. These items are already available through the company's online shop, and they will debut at Build-A-Bear stores in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Denmark in March.

A 14-inch Eevee, the latest Pokémon-themed Build-A-Bear, went on sale in the United States on September 1. A 15-inch Pikachu debuted at Build-A-Bear last December.
